Meeting (12.06, 13:30) – INSPIRE project

We invite you to a meeting of the Deliberation Center, which will be an opportunity to talk about the experiences of our team from the early stage of the INSPIRE project.

In the project, the aim of which is to (1) develop research tools using art and play forms (art-based methodology), (2) apply them to collect knowledge relevant to public policies aimed at solving problems of socially excluded groups or those at risk of exclusion, our team has started cooperation with institutions and organizations working for war refugees from Ukraine – residents of long-term stay centers.

Together with Dr. Joanna Średnicka (Game Changers Academy), we have prepared tools for working with refugee groups using game and play elements that fit into the general concept of deliberation, and then we have used them during meetings with residents of several centers in Przemyśl and Warsaw.

We propose a discussion about the methodology and ethics of the study, as well as a joint reflection on the information obtained from workshop participants on the formula of their involvement in the project.

The meeting will be held on June 12 (Thursday) from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. in room 402.
